The meta musical madness begins December 20th.
Our final product airs online on New Year’s Eve,
December 31st!
How?
Primarily Zoom; writers can join us from anywhere! Actors and musicians will need to be present in central Connecticut to film the final reading, which will premiere as a video on our company’s YouTube channel at the tail end of 2025.
Who?
Any theatrical creatives who might like to explore generating an original piece of musical theatre! We need composers, lyricists, (combinations of those two!) librettists/book writers, actors… we’ve even been lucky enough to have a dramaturg join us in the past! Basically, if you want to come create with us you are absolutely WELCOME.
What?
We’d like to weave together the tale of A Christmas Carol with a fictional storyline featuring a small group of theatre writers and actors trying to put on an original musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol. It’s very weird and very meta and very self-referential, we know.
