We’re celebrating our 5th birthday, and we invited a TON of our friends from previous productions and workshops to revel in our original works from over the years. From mystery to natural disaster tragedy to our usual schticky humor mixed with some Greek myth, our musicals cover a great breadth of stories that we’re excited to show off to a live audience.

Erin Aldrich
she/her
Erin Aldrich received her Bachelor’s of Music from The Hartt School where she studied classical voice. She was happy to join Showpeople Theatre Collective last summer playing Chad in All Shook Up. Her favorite past roles include Roberta in Zanna Don’t, Renfield in Dracula, and Emily in A Christmas Carol. Erin is excited to make her Green Room 42 debut!

Annika Beth
they/them
Annika Beth (they/them) is a New York based singer/director/actor. Some favorite credits include Aphrodite (To the Fairest: A New Musical), Heather Chandler (Heathers), Judy Turner (A Chorus Line), and Sienna (Out of the Blue: A New Musical). Annika founded That Nameless Theatre Company in January 2023, a theatre company producing cabarets and new works of theatre for people trying to make a name for themselves in this crazy business. They are a resident director for the The Neurodivergent New Play Series and aim to continue to produce and direct many more projects in New York City in the near future. They are honored to be a part of Showpeople Theatre Collective's recent works and hope to continue to work and grow alongside the team!

Mary Grace Epps
she/her
Mary Grace Epps is a Florida native, turned New Yorker. She received her BFA in Musical Theatre from The University of Tampa. After performing at theme parks and in the cruise ship industry, Mary Grace decided it was time to take on the big city! Some of her recent credits include Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey), Pinkalicious The Musical Off-Broadway (Pinkalicious), and The Sound of Music (Liesl). Mary Grace has been a part of Showpeople for about a year and a half. After a few months and a couple projects, she became a Resident Artist. Most notably, she was an integral part of writing Shudder and produced it at the New York Theatre Festival. Mary Grace played Eris/Aphrodite in the debut production of To the Fairest TYA. She was also the Book Supervisor for and originated the role of Robin Banks in Making Banks. Working with and learning from this amazing company has allowed her to grow tremendously in many aspects of theatre. Much thanks to the incredible Miles Messier for recruiting her (and putting up with her) <3

Brighton Valor Horan
they/them
Brighton is a multidisciplinary theatre artist based in NYC and southern New England. They are a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts with concentrations in Directing and Theatre & New Media from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City (℅ 2023), and are a current Resident Artist with Showpeople Theatre Collective. Favorite performance credits include West Side Story (Anybodys), A Chorus Line (Greg), and Richard O'Brien's Rocky Horror Show (Magenta).
Brighton was recently honored with the Best Choreography award from the New York Theatre Festival for their work on Showpeople's Shudder. In addition, they perform with the queer+ singing ensemble, New England Pride 247-365, led by Eric Larivée. They have alternately stage managed, designed, choreographed, written, and directed multiple shows in the CT/NY area.

Travis Lavigne

Travis Lavigne is a 22 year old music educator and theater writer from Plainville, Connecticut. He is a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut with a Masters Degree in Music Education. He has been a member of Showpeople Theatre Collective for a little over a year, and recently became a Resident Artist. He has participated in the Shudder Original Musical Workshop (2023), the Showpeople Songwriting Showdown Competition (2024), and was Music Supervisor for the Making Banks Original Musical Workshop (2024). Outside Showpeople, he works on musical projects with the UConn Drama Department, the UConn Page to Stage club, as well as producing his own original work.

Aimee is thrilled to be making her Green Room 42 debut! Aimee is a Connecticut native who has been lucky enough to travel the country doing what she loves: musicals! Recent credits include: Annie in The Play That Goes Wrong, Cheryl in Evil Dead: The Musical, Natalie in All Shook Up (Showpeople Theatre Collective) and Katie in Love at First Fright. Brandon Santos is thrilled to be making his Green Room 42 debut and to be working with Showpeople Theatre Collective again in this celebratory concert! Renee Shohet

Renee Shohet is a Texas-born performer, graphic designer, and creative director based in New York City. Offstage, she serves as the lead designer at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, a non-profit music school in Park Slope. She also volunteers as a designer with Civic Power of Change, an organization that connects progressive candidates to pro-bono marketing and communications professionals. Previous credits include: Waitress at The Cape Playhouse (u/s Dawn), Crybaby (Lenora), Applause (Margo), and Anything Goes (Bonnie). She is a proud NYU Steinhardt alum.

Melina Walko

Melina just graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with her B.F.A in musical theatre this past spring. She is thrilled to be a part of Showpeople Theatre Collective’s birthday benefit concert! She had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of Showpeople Theatre Collective’s recent production of Shudder at the New York Theater Festival. Janet Aldrich

Janet Aldrich is a CT-based performer with a BA in vocal performance from the University of Connecticut. She is trained in both classical and musical theater repertoire, having made appearances with Yale Opera, Salt Marsh Opera, and the Norwalk Symphony Chorus. She has also appeared in several local musical theater companies, recently singing the roles of Lauren in Kinky Boots, Kitty in Drowsy Chaperone, Philoclea in Head Over Heels, and Alice in Addams Family. She can’t wait to be working with Showpeople again!

Stefany Dalacio

Stefany Dalacio is so excited to join this talented bunch and share this beautiful and witty music with more people! She is a proud AMDA alum, and has been seen as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz and Gabriella in High School Musical at Yorktown Stage. She has also participated in several cabarets and theatre festivals throughout NYC, including originating the role of Eris (on stage) in To the Fairest. She will be performing in Into the Woods as Florinda this May at the Milford Theatre, and she sends lots of love to her family and friends who continue to support her! IG :stef.dala

Lauren Fitzgerald

Lauren Fitzgerald is from Burlington, CT and currently resides in NYC where she will be receiving her degree in Musical Theatre this spring from Manhattan School of Music. She met many of Showpeople’s founders through GetUp Stage Company and was an actor for Showpeople’s Original Musical Workshop, Shudder (Debbie and Others). Some of her previous credits include Mary Poppins (Ensemble/Mary Poppins U/S) at Summer Theatre of New Canaan, Bye Bye Birdie (Mrs. MacAfee), Urinetown (Ensemble/Hope U/S), The Threepenny Opera (Onstage Swing) at MSM, The Prom (DeeDee Allen), Jekyll and Hyde (Emma), A Chorus Line (Sheila) at GetUp Stage Co. She is no stranger to original works, having originated roles in Good Luck in Space (Dr. Joan Hurst) and Valentino’s Tango (Natacha Rambova) at MSM. She is thrilled to be making her Green Room debut with this amazing company!

Ben Horsburgh

Ben Horsburgh is thrilled to be making his Green Room 42 debut with Showpeople Theatre Collective! He received his BFA in Musical Theater with an emphasis in dance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Recent credits include Hairspray with Royal Caribbean, and Shudder with Showpeople Theatre Collective at the New York Theatre Festival.

Amanda Lee Morrill

Amanda Lee Morrill is a drummer and percussionist based in New York City. She maintains an active performance career while also pursuing her PhD in Ethnomusicology at Columbia University.
Amanda’s regional theater credits include over a decade at Tuacahn Center for the Arts (Ivins, UT). She has also played for productions staged by the Palace Theatres (Manchester, NH), Main Street Music Hall (Osage Beach, MO), and Vanguard Theater Company (Montclair, NJ). Amanda is proud to be a Rustic Percussion artist and a member of MAESTRA.

Autumn Eliza Sheffy

Autumn Eliza is a CT based performer, and musician. Favorite credits include Waitress (Jenna U/S at Cape Playhouse), The Marvelous Wonderettes (Betty Jean); ELF: The Musical (Jovie); Alexander (Mother); and singing internationally onboard AIDALuna. Her newly recorded single, “Ace,” is streaming on all platforms. Proud alum of the Boston Conservatory.

Jenson Tavares

Jenson Tavares is thrilled to make her Green Room 42 debut alongside these talented performers! She recently worked on Showpeople’s Original Musical Workshop and just completed a lead role in the full length version of the play Save The Penguins - which won the Audience Choice Award in the 15 Minutes of Frame Festival - at the Gene Frankel Theatre. She was recently nominated for a BroadwayWorld Award and wants to thank her friends and family for their constant love and support!

Dylan Cote

Dylan Cote is an actor, writer, and budding director who was born and raised in New England yet always drawn to the New York scene. After graduating from AMDA in 2022, they worked as an extra on HBO’s "Succession" before moving into stage management at Virginia’s Barter Theatre. Since late 2023, Dylan has dedicated themselves to creating bold, fresh works of fiction that reflect the world in a creative yet piercing way. Dylan made their professional theatrical debut at the Majestic Theater in West Springfield, MA, understudying Tony and Mikey in the long-running comedy Shear Madness. In November 2024, they performed in a staged reading of Altitude, a new play by Daniel Prillaman, directed by fellow Showpeople Resident Artist Annika Beth. Recently, they've starred in the short films "The Way Back Machine" and "Poppers", both immaculately directed by dear friends Diego Diaz and Can Sark. Dylan is thrilled to perform tonight and eagerly anticipates sharing teasers of The San Francisco Calamity, a musical they supervised alongside the incomparable Roman Matcz, their creative confidant. Calamity is set to debut next year. He send love to his friends for always showing up and to his family for endlessly supporting the dream.

Miles is an actor/musician. He has written music and lyrics for over ten musicals, including all of Showpeople’s original productions. Music Direction credits include Royal Caribbean’s Starwater, Heathers, Cabaret, Mamma Mia, and The Little Mermaid. He has performed regionally at theatres such as Playhouse on Park (West Hartford, CT), Island ETC (Galveston, TX), and the North Country Center for the Arts (Lincoln, NH). Favorite roles include Robbie Hart in The Wedding Singer, and Harry Potter in A Very Potter Project.Miles holds a BFA in music theatre and a minor in composition from The Hartt School. Anthara Shivkumar is a senior Vocal Performance major at Wagner College and is PUMPED to make her Green Room 42 debut with such a stellar group of pals! Some of her most recent performance credits include Chirag Gupta in Wagner College SRMT’s production of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Hera in Showpeople Theatre Collective’s production of To the Fairest at the New York Theater Festival, and Nancy Cordez in the film "Checkmate". She’s also played Cinderella’s Mother in WHSAF’s Into The Woods and understudied the role of The Countess Almaviva in Wagner College Opera’s Le Nozze di Figaro.
