To the Fairest at 54 Below:

To the Fairest began as a frenzied creation from the span of three days at the end of 2022. Now, after bringing the show to the New York Theater Festival, we’re more than excited to bring a concert version of our mythic tale to NYC’s favorite cabaret venue for one night only.

Annika (they/them) is a New York based singer/producer/actor. Some favorite credits include Aphrodite (To the Fairest: A New Musical), Heather Chandler (Heathers), Judy Turner (A Chorus Line), and Sienna (Out of the Blue: A New Musical). Annika founded That Nameless Theatre Company in January 2023, a theatre company producing cabarets and new works of theatre for people trying to make a name for themselves in this crazy business. They are a resident director for the The Neurodivergent New Play Series and aim to continue to produce and direct many more projects in New York City in the near future. They are honored to be a part of Showpeople Theatre Collective's recent works and hope to continue to work and grow alongside the team! Cameron Burrill

Cameron (he/him) is thrilled to be a part of To the Fairest. Having originally received a BFA in Musical Theatre from The Hartt School, Cameron changed gears and recently completed his MBA at Northwestern University. He now works full time as a Producer for the production company Hogarth Worldwide, producing commercials for Coca-Cola, Jameson Whiskey, and Nike. He is thrilled to be back on the stage and wants to thank his parents and the whole team for this experience. Enjoy!

Mary Grace Epps

Mary Grace (she/her) has just recently made the move to New York City and is so excited for her 54 Below Debut, and her first performance with Showpeople Theatre Collective. Mary Grace has been a huge fan of To The Fairest for over a year now and is honored to help bring the show to life. Mary Grace received a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Tampa. She has recently been seen Off-Broadway as Fancy Nancy in Fancy Nancy: The Musical, and at the North Country Center for the Arts as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. Mary Grace has also been seen as a character performer at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Legoland Florida Resort and as a Lead Vocalist for Royal Caribbean International. Mary Grace would like to thank her boyfriend, Miles Messier and the rest of the Showpeople creative team for believing that she is the most beautiful woman in the world.
Bobby Henry
Assistant Director
Bobby Earl Henry (he/they) is a seasoned Equity actor with a rich and diverse range of regional theatre credits. Notable performances include his role in "Tommy" at Seven Angels Theatre and the world premiere of Lisa Lampanelli’s "Big Fat Failure" at Playhouse on Park. Some of Bobby's favorite roles encompass Miss Understanding in "Priscilla Queen of the Desert," Moonface Martin in "Anything Goes," a Frug Dancer in "Sweet Charity," and a brother in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." Bobby has honed his acting skills through classes with Seth Barrish and The Barrow Group, bringing depth and authenticity to his performances. In addition to his on-stage achievements, he dedicates time to coaching actors, helping them prepare for auditions and build their confidence. Outside the theatre, Bobby is a licensed hairdresser in Connecticut, bringing his artistic flair to Studio Elan Salon in New Canaan. Here, he finds joy in enhancing the beauty and self-esteem of his clients. Whether on stage or in the salon, Bobby Earl Henry applies his creativity and passion to making people look and feel their best.
Brighton Valor Horan
Book Supervisor
Brighton (they/them) is a multidisciplinary theatre artist based in NYC and southern New England. They are a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts with concentrations in Directing and Theatre & New Media from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City (℅ 2023), and are the current Executive Director of Showpeople Theatre Collective. Favorite theatrical credits include West Side Story (Anybodys), A Chorus Line (Bebe), and Richard O'Brien's Rocky Horror Show (Magenta). In addition, they perform with the queer+ singing group, New England Pride 247-365, led by Eric Larivee. They have alternately stage managed, designed, choreographed, and directed multiple shows in the CT/NY area. They hope you enjoy this rendition of one of Showpeople’s original works! Miles (he/him) is an actor, music director, and composer. He is so proud to bring Showpeople Theatre Collective’s To the Fairest to the 54 Below Stage! Miles is the resident music supervisor of Showpeople, and has facilitated the creation of three original musicals under their name. No favoritism between children, but To the Fairest holds a particularly special place in his heart as his first musical to be produced in New York City, last December in the New York Theatre Festival. Performing; Off-Broadway: Pinkalicious (Vital Theatre). Regional: Something Rotten! (Island ETC), Forever Plaid (North Country Center for the Arts), High School Musical (Yorktown Stage). Music Direction credits include Heathers, Kinky Boots, Cabaret, Mamma Mia!, and various shows as a vocal director for Royal Caribbean. BFA in Music Theatre from The Hartt School. Amanda Lee Morrill

Amanda (she/her) is a drummer and percussionist based in New York City. She maintains an active performance career while also pursuing her PhD in Ethnomusicology at Columbia University. Amanda’s regional theater credits include over a decade at Tuacahn Center for the Arts (Ivins, UT). She has also played for productions staged by the Palace Theatres (Manchester, NH), Main Street Music Hall (Osage Beach, MO), and Vanguard Theater Company (Montclair, NJ). Amanda is proud to be a Rustic Percussion artist and a member of MAESTRA.

Michael (he/him) is NYC/CT based director & actor. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Western Connecticut State University. Recent directing credits: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Thomaston Opera House), To the Fairest: A New Musical (NY Theater Festival @ Teatro LATEA NYC, Showpeople Theatre Collective), Godspell (Priscilla Beach Theatre), Golden Oldies (The Green Room 42), Heathers The Musical (GetUp Stage Company). Associate Director @ The J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company Off-Broadway NYC - A Class Act & The Bakers Wife, with composer Stephen Schwartz. Other credits include Sweat by Lynn Nottage (WCSU) & Radium Girls: A New Musical (WCSU). Michael was also an SDC Directing Initiative Finalist at The Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, for his work on Lauren Gunderson’s play The Revolutionists Favorite regional/collegiate acting credits: Baldwin in Cry Baby (Roxy Regional Theater, TN), Jack in Into the Woods (Roxy Regional Theater, TN), Link in Hairspray (Priscilla Beach Theatre, MA), Lewis in Pippin (The College Light Opera Company, MA), Count Carl Magnus in A Little Night Music (WCSU). Adam J. Richardson

Adam (he/him) is very excited to be making his 54 Below debut and equally excited to be working alongside his Showpeople friends once again! Adam graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy back in the summer of 2022. Since then he has been on a mission to get theatre credits all over the country, his favorite credits include making his Off-Broadway debut in “Will Wilson Saves the World” in NYC, Shrek in “Shrek! The Musical” at Playground Stage, Will Parker in “Oklahoma” at Wohlfahrt Haus, Moose in “Crazy For You” at Stage 62, and “Grease” at the Byham in Pittsburgh. In his free time, Adam likes to play video games, watch anime, be in nature, and can always destroy a bag of Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos. Adam would like to thank his friends, family, and loved ones for their continued love, care, and support through his journey.

Autumn (she/her) is a CT based performer, and musician. Favorite credits include Waitress(Jenna U/S, Cape Playhouse), The Marvelous Wonderettes (Betty Jean); ELF: The Musical (Jovie); Alexander(Mother); and singing internationally onboard AIDALuna. Her newly recorded single, “Ace,” is streaming on all platforms. Proud alum of the Boston Conservatory. Nick Sienkiewicz

Nick (he/him) is a conductor, music director, and performer based in NYC. Recent credits include Pippin at the Vanguard Theatre, Still Standing (off-broadway), Much Ado (Broadway Dreams), and Hippest Trip: The Soul Train Musical (NYC-workshop). This is Nick’s third 54 Below show, previously seen in 54/54/54 and Punk Goes Broadway. Nick received his bachelors degrees in voice and biochemistry from Western Michigan University and his Master’s in Choral Conducting from Indiana University. Nick maintains active positions as the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Lehigh Valley Chorale, the Director of the Youth Pride Chorus, and as faculty in the Professional Conservatory of Musical Theatre at the New York Film Academy.
Nicole Visco
Eris
(she/her) After making her professional debut and winning "Best Actor" by BroadwayWorld in the Southeastern Regional Premiere of "Heathers The Musical" as Veronica Sawyer, Nicole graduated from UCF with her BFA in Acting. Over the past decade, she has performed extensively across the United States in national tours and equity houses. Her international credits include performances at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the Canada Fringe Festival (Tour), following her graduation from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a Masters in Musical Theatre Performance. Most recently, she portrayed the infamous axe murderess, Lizzie Borden, in "Lizzie The Musical". Nicole is delighted to return to the 54 Below stage, having previously been part of the casts for "54 Sings: TV Show Themes," "54 Sings: ABBA," and Nell Benjamin and Laurence O'Keefe's "I Remember It Differently." Passionate about Greek Mythology and collaborating on new theatre works, Nicole is excited to join Showpeople Theatre Collective's production of "To The Fairest” as the Goddess of strife, discord, and chaos: Eris!
